I went a little nuts on the Kindle book sale, I think I bought over twenty books. One of the random books I picked up was 52 Small Changes: One Year to a Happier, Healthier You. The title is pretty much what I want out of the year.
I like the idea there is one goal a week. A small manageable one! Like Week One is to drink more water. The book explains why it's good but it's probably a lot of bullshit. I am going to ignore what I should</b> be feeling and experiencing, and blog anything I find interesting!
