Yahoo news reported on this here and I have to say that it intrigued me. It had never crossed my mind before about openly gay sports people. But now I think about it, how many openly gay sports people do you hear about. I mean is it fear since they are on the whole competing against people of the same sex and they fear becoming outcasts?
